Sia Named As Mystery Woman Who Paid The Bill For Several Shoppers At California Walmart On Tha

A mysterious woman who called herself “Ci Ci” showed up at a Palm Springs, California, Walmart on Thanksgiving and paid the bill for several shoppers. It turns out that the woman was pop star Sia, who has covered her face with black-and-white wigs in recent years during public appearances and performances.

The Australian singer – whose real name is Sia Kate Isobelle Furler – wasn’t wearing her wig when she was at the Walmart, which made her virtually unrecognizable to fans. CiCi told fellow shoppers that she had just won the lottery, and she was paying it forward by covering the bills of fellow shoppers.

Sia told everyone in Wal-Mart her name was Cici and she won the lottery.

Then she paid for everyone’s groceries.

A video clip of the singer hugging and talking with other customers at the store popped up on social media, and her casual clothes and lack of wig had everyone fooled. However, one woman who had her bill covered by the 43-year-old figured it out and posted about it on Twitter.

“So @Sia paid for my groceries today thank you so much!! The heart and beautiful soul you have for paying for everyone!! I’m sorry for telling everyone once I realized who you were !! But this kindness must be acknowledged!!!” wrote the grateful fan.

They also posted a 45-second video that was taken by another fan that featured Sia holding a flower bouquet that another customer gave her and asking “Who’s next?” She then walks to another register and pulls out her credit card.

Fans praised the singer for her kind gesture, with one calling her “an angel,” and another adding that the Chandelier singer is “the kindest person in all music industry.” But, not everyone was impressed, and one skeptic even suggested that Sia was trying to get noticed.

One person wrote that when a good deed is done without recognition it’s a “beautiful thing.” But, when it comes with national news recognition, then that’s called publicity. However, the people that were at the store defended the singer and explained that Sia never told anyone who she was, and she only got publicity after fans figured it out.

After the video of Sia’s generosity went viral, other fans started “lowkey wondering” if it was Sia who recently made an anonymous $1 million donation to an advocacy group for people who suffer from Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, which is a genetic order that the singer has, along with actresses Lena Dunham and Jameela Jamil.
